Those of us who manage the estates of iconic performers have been anticipating this day with some mix of excitement and dread. As the technology continues to improve, the temptation to cast classic film legends will continue to mount. However, any "new" performance, while perhaps exciting and profitable in the short term, also risks doing long-term damage to a sterling reputation. Those of us charged with the responsibility of promoting and protecting iconic legacies will have to weigh the risks and benefits very carefully. #hollywood #cgi #film #entertainment #icons
